Roles and Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer
• Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience\'s training needs
• Design, develops, and implement learning solutions using online, instructor-led, live-virtual, and blended learning approaches
• Recommend changes to existing courses, including technology or instructional methods, to better adhere to delivery options for the course
• Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts
• Apply tested instructional design theories, practice, and methods
• Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role play, gamification, etc.)
• Support and enable informal learning through a variety of technologies
• Maintain project documentation and course folders

• Must have good programming skills (using either C/ C++/ Java/ .NET/ Python / or any similar language)
• Should have an aptitude to develop content
• Exposure to eLearning tools like Camtasia, Articulate
• Prior experience with the Actimize products is an added advantage
• Past training experience is an added advantage
• Development/Testing/BA background
• Experience in database development with SQL.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity and/or experience with public cloud infrastructure: Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and written/verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of a complex and global business environment
• Ability to learn quickly and drive own learning
• English fluency at mother tongue level
• Good to have: Visual design skills and ability to storyboard
• Good to have: Solid knowledge of course authoring tools and at least one Learning Management System
• Good to have: Experience with instructional technology/media tools (i.e., Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite) and online learning development methods.
• Good to have: Experience with SCORM packaging
• Experience in the Learning and Development field including instructional design, eLearning development and implementation will be an advantage
• Familiarity with the financial markets will be an added advantage

• BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree
