Job Description

Content Creation & Editing: Write and edit clear, concise, and accessible content (including microcopy for user interfaces, error messages, and product education materials) that adheres to brand guidelines and a consistent tone of voice. User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze data and feedback to inform content decisions and ensure it addresses user pain points. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, product managers, developers, and legal teams, to integrate content seamlessly into the design process. Content Strategy & Information Architecture: Develop content plans, map user journeys, and structure information logically using information architecture principles to create intuitive navigation paths. Optimization & Accessibility: Ensure all content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and adheres to web accessibility guidelines and inclusive design principles. Essential Skills and Qualifications Education: A bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Design, or a related field is often beneficial, though not always a strict requirement. Experience: Proven experience in content design, UX writing, or a similar role, often showcased through a strong portfolio. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), design software (e.g., Figma or Adobe Creative Suite), and web analytics tools. Soft Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
