About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct user research to understand the target audience and content needs
2. Assist in content ideation and brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives
3. Collaborate with UX designers to create and refine microcopy, including CTA buttons, onboarding messages, and instructional text
4. Help organize and design information architecture, ensuring content is intuitive and accessible
5. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of style guides and tone of voice documentation
6. Test content effectiveness through user feedback and data analysis, iterating based on insights
7. Support the team in aligning content with overall product and business goals

Other requirements
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in design, communications, English, or a related field
2. Strong written communication skills with a knack for clear, concise, and user-friendly content
3. Basic understanding of UX principles and design thinking
4. Creative problem-solving ability and attention to detail
5. Familiarity with tools like Figma, Miro, or similar is a plus
