The Role:

We're seeking a Content Curator, Writer & Donor Reporter based in Bengaluru. This is not a desk job.

We need someone who can be on site in low-income communities and schools, listening deeply to young people in their language, especially girls and young women, and writing in a way that is true, specific, and respectful. You're a writer and a listener. You notice things. You ask better questions. You connect the dots. You can hold the minute detail and the bigger picture at the same time: skills, entrepreneurship, circular economies, sustainability, and climate change.

You will do it all yourself: visit, listen, document, write, curate, verify, and share. You'll work closely with our programme teams and M&E team so that what we publish reflects real voices and real outcomes, and is strong enough for donor reports, partners, and wider audiences (with approval).

A gender lens is non-negotiable.

You must be able to listen

to girls and women and write with dignity, accuracy, and depth.

We're looking for a writer, content creator, with 5+ years of strong writing and editing experience, excellent attention to detail, and comfort interviewing young people and working in the field.

We do not use AI for writing. Your writing must be your own.
