Job Summary

Growmax is hiring a

Web3 Content Creator

with strong understanding of

crypto, blockchain, and growth-driven content

.
This role focuses on creating

high-impact content designed for reach, engagement, and conversion

across social platforms.

This is NOT a sales or client-facing role.

Responsibilities

Create content for

X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, and YouTube

Write captions, threads, short scripts, and post copies with

growth hooks

Create Web3 and market-related content that is accurate and engaging Collaborate with Social Media & Growth Lead and designers Repurpose long-form ideas into short-form content Track content performance and optimise based on engagement Stay updated with Web3 trends, narratives, and market movements

Required Qualifications

2+ years experience creating content for

Web3, crypto, or fintech brands

Strong understanding of

crypto markets, blockchain, and Web3 concepts

Proven ability to create

growth-focused content

(hooks, CTAs, virality) Excellent written English communication skills Ability to work fast and consistently

Preferred Qualifications

Experience writing

X threads, Telegram posts, and short video scripts

Understanding of

content growth hacks

Experience working in startup or Web3 environments Basic understanding of analytics and engagement metrics
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
