Your Core ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning

Build monthly content calendars across Memoirs, Productions, Studio, and Founder handles Define content pillars, campaign ideas, and unique brand voices Stay ahead of evolving formats, social trends, and creative opportunities

Content & Creative Direction

Own the concept-to-post process -- reels, carousels, stories, campaigns Collaborate with in-house photographers, videographers, and editors for asset creation Work with a team of 3-4 designers/editors, ensuring timelines and creative excellence

Execution & Optimization

Review and approve all content before it goes live Track performance metrics and draw insights for future content Balance creative instinct with strategic data-backed decisions

Collaboration

Work directly with founders on positioning and tone Sync with the visual teams to plan post-shoot storytelling content Coordinate with campaign leads, clients, and in-house creatives

What We're Looking For

2-4 years of experience managing and creating content for a brand (agency or in-house) Strong understanding of design, visual storytelling, and Instagram aesthetics Confident with tools like Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva, ChatGPT, Runway, or Midjourney Experience giving direction, leading creatives, and improving output quality Ability to plan ahead, multitask, and execute with precision in a fast-paced, visual-first setup Bonus: Background or passion for photography, filmmaking, or lifestyle storytelling
