Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic

Social Media Content Creator

to develop engaging content across multiple platforms. The role involves ideating, creating, and publishing content that builds brand presence, engages our audience, and drives customer loyalty. A keen eye for design, storytelling, and social media trends is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative content (photos, videos, reels, stories, posts) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Work closely with the marketing team to plan monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, product launches, and festive seasons. Create visually appealing and brand-consistent graphics, short-form videos, and written copy. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and incorporate innovative ideas to enhance engagement. Capture behind-the-scenes moments, jewellery styling videos, and customer stories for authentic brand storytelling. Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers for high-quality content production. Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and suggest improvements. Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and feedback.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong creativity and visual storytelling ability. Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest). Hands-on experience with design and editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.). Knowledge of content marketing strategies and current digital trends. Excellent writing and communication skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver engaging content consistently. Photography/videography skills will be an added advantage.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or related field. 1-3 years of proven experience as a content creator, preferably in fashion, jewellery, or luxury retail. A strong portfolio of creative content (reels, graphics, campaigns).
