Job Description

We are looking for a creative Content Creator cum Video Editor who can conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish engaging digital content across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, storytelling ability, and hands-on editing skills to create high-quality short-form and long-form videos aligned with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

Plan, script, and create engaging content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, ads, promos). Shoot videos using mobile cameras / DSLR / mirrorless cameras. Capture B-roll, testimonials, cinematic shots, and event coverage. Assist in ideation of content calendars and campaign themes.
Video Editing

Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, ads, and website usage. Add music, sound effects, subtitles, transitions, and basic motion graphics. Color correction and basic audio enhancement. Adapt one piece of content into multiple formats (Reel, Short, Story, YouTube).
Platform & Brand Alignment

Ensure content matches brand tone, style, and quality standards. Optimize videos based on platform trends and algorithms. Coordinate with marketing/team members for campaign requirements.
Additional Support

Basic graphic work (thumbnails, covers) is a plus. Stay updated with trending formats, audios, and editing styles. Maintain an organized library of raw footage and edited content.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Content Creator / Video Editor. Proficiency in tools like: Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve CapCut / VN / After Effects (basic) Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form videos. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in lifestyle, hospitality, real estate, landscaping, or travel content. Knowledge of camera handling, lighting, and framing. Understanding of social media analytics and performance improvement. Ability to work on-location and outdoors.
