We are seeking a creative, strategic, and trend-savvy
Video Editor & Content Creator
to produce engaging long-form and short-form content, including promotional and instructional videos. This role goes beyond editing -- you will play a key part in shaping how our brand is positioned online through innovative content strategy, platform optimization, and trend-driven storytelling.
You should understand how to create content that not only looks great but performs, builds brand presence, and drives engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Edit and produce long-form videos (YouTube, webinars, tutorials, interviews, brand stories)
Create high-performing short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads)
Develop promotional videos for marketing campaigns and brand awareness
Produce clear and engaging instructional and training videos
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform algorithms, and emerging content styles
Strategically position the brand through video content that aligns with marketing goals
Contribute to content planning and video strategy to increase reach and brand visibility
Apply best practices in storytelling, pacing, hooks, and audience retention
Add motion graphics, captions, sound design, and visual effects
Optimize videos for different platforms, formats, and resolutions
Analyze performance and adjust content strategies accordingly
Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure consistency and impact
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in video editing and content creation
Strong understanding of how to position a brand online through visual content
Ability to identify, interpret, and apply current digital trends
Strategic mindset with knowledge of content performance and audience behavior
Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.)
Experience creating both long-form and short-form content
Knowledge of social media content strategy and optimization
Strong storytelling and creative vision
Excellent time management and communication skills
Portfolio or demo reel required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in branding or digital marketing strategy
Familiarity with content analytics and KPI tracking
Understanding of SEO and platform-specific growth tactics
Basic graphic design and motion branding skills
