Job Description

We are hiring a

highly creative and skilled 2-member Content Creation Team

responsible for end-to-end production of

premium visual content

for our brand. This team will lead the complete content lifecycle from concept development and planning to shooting, editing coordination, and delivering high-impact product visuals.

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Product Videography & Photography

Capture

high-quality product photos and videos

that align with brand aesthetics. Handle complete shooting setup including

lighting, framing, styling, and composition

. Experiment with new shooting techniques to enhance visual appeal and storytelling.

2. Shoot Planning & Execution

Plan every shoot in detail:

concepts, mood boards, storyboards, shot lists, and props

. Organize

locations, equipment, timelines, and overall production flow

. Ensure smooth execution on shoot days with a strong focus on detail, quality, and efficiency.

3. Trend & Market Research (VERY IMPORTANT)

Continuously track

content trends

across Instagram, YouTube, industry competitors, and global brands. Identify and incorporate trending formats, styles, and storytelling ideas into the content strategy. Ensure our brand stays

fresh, relevant, and competitive

in the digital space.

4. Post-Production Support

Select, organize, and quality-check raw footage. Coordinate with video editors/graphic designers or handle basic editing as needed. Ensure

timely delivery

of final assets for campaigns, social media, and marketing needs.

5. Creative Strategy & Collaboration

Contribute to brainstorming sessions for

new creative concepts and campaign ideas

. Develop innovative themes that enhance brand visibility and product appeal. Work closely with the

Brand, Marketing, and Product Teams

to align content with business goals.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

Experience with

D2C, e-commerce, lifestyle, or product-focused brands

. Knowledge of graphic design, color grading, or advanced video editing. Experience working on reels, short-form content, or high-engagement social media content. Graduation Not Required. Communication Skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
