About the Role:

We are looking for skilled and passionate K12 Content Creators in Mathematics, Science, and Social Science to design engaging, curriculum-aligned academic content for students of Classes 1 to 12. You will play a key role in shaping digital and printable learning resources based on the NCERT/CBSE/State Board curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

? Create high-quality academic content including: Concept explanations, lesson plans, assessments, worksheets, and creative learning activities.

? MCQs, HOTS questions, case studies, projects, and mind maps.

? Ensure alignment with NCERT syllabus, learning outcomes, Bloom's Taxonomy, and NEP 2020.

Subject-specific focus:

? Mathematics:

Develop step-by-step solutions, visual explanations, and application-based questions.

? Science:

Create experiment-based content, concept diagrams, and real-world linkages.

? Social Science:

Design timeline activities, map-based tasks, civics simulations, and inquiry-based questions.

? Collaborate with academic teams, editors, and graphic designers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in the respective subject (Math, Science, or Social Science) or in Education.

? Strong command of subject knowledge aligned with CBSE/NCERT curriculum.

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

? Proficiency in Google Docs/MS Office; knowledge of tools like Canva or PPT is a bonus.

? Ability to simplify concepts and present them creatively for different age groups.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experienced candidates (1-3 years) in academic content creation or teaching.

Prior experience with EdTech, academic publishing, or curriculum design.

Understanding of learning psychology and classroom needs for K12 students.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
