Your Mission (What You'll Own):

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media platforms including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging formats. Create engaging, trend-aligned videos--covering brand stories, event coverage, product demos, client testimonials, influencer collaborations, and behind-the-scenes magic. Collaborate with creative leads, social media teams, and marketing managers to turn ideas into visual reality. Work on scripting, shot listing, directing, and optimizing lighting, sound, and overall production quality. Handle multiple projects under tight deadlines--because speed is the new currency. Stay ahead of content trends, algorithms, and audience behavior to ensure visibility and virality.

You're a Fit If You Have:

Strong command of video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar platforms. A good on-camera personality and/or ability to direct others confidently. Knowledge of visual storytelling, content structuring, and emotional engagement. Sharp aesthetic sense with a creative vision and eye for detail. Ability to work independently, with discipline and commitment to deadlines. Hands-on experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, mics, lights is preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation (exceptional freshers with a powerful portfolio may be considered).

Bonus If You Bring:

Experience in the event, influencer, or lifestyle niche. A social media following or personal content channel. Female creators preferred for lifestyle and women-centric content verticals.
