About the Role

We are looking for a creative and self-driven

Videographer/Cinematographer

to produce high-quality short-form video content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling through video, understands social-media trends, and can manage the entire production process -- from ideation and shooting to editing and publishing -- while aligning with our marketing and brand goals.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for social media (Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to develop engaging content ideas and scripts. Handle the

end-to-end production process, including lighting, sound, shooting, editing,

and

colour grading.

Write simple, creative scripts and storylines for social-media videos. Keep up-to-date with current trends in social-media video content and incorporate them effectively. Coordinate with clients during shoots to ensure their products and brand essence are captured professionally. Maintain a consistent content schedule, ensuring regular creation and delivery of reels and shorts. Manage shoot logistics and ensure all content meets brand quality and visual standards.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Proven experience creating

Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or TikTok-style videos

. Strong understanding of

visual storytelling, composition,

and

lighting

. Proficiency in video editing software

(e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).

Knowledge of c

olour correction, transitions,

and

audio mixing

. Ability to

conceptualize, script,

and

execute creative ideas

independently. Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. A keen eye for marketing-driven content that aligns with brand tone and goals.

Equipment

Having personal gear such as a

camera, tripod, gimbal,

and

basic lighting setup

is

highly preferred

. All additional production allowances, props, or shoot-related requirements will be provided by the company.
