Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
Develop high-quality, informative, and visually appealing content (posts, reels, stories, carousels) focused on health, fitness, and nutrition.
Create and publish professional and thought-driven content for
LinkedIn
to strengthen brand credibility and authority in the wellness industry.
Produce platform-specific content that reflects current trends and resonates with target audiences.
Social Media Management:
Plan, ideate, and execute creative content strategies for
Instagram and LinkedIn
.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and brand goals.
Automation & Engagement Tools:
Set up and manage automation tools (e.g., ManyChat, chatbots) to streamline customer communication and improve engagement efficiency.
Content Review & Quality Control:
Review and provide constructive feedback on content edited by in-house or external editors to ensure accuracy, tone, and brand alignment.
Strategy & Insights:
Research content trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior to develop fresh ideas.
Track and analyze content performance using social media insights and recommend improvements.
Community Engagement:
Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and discussions to foster a loyal and interactive community.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in
Instagram and LinkedIn content creation
(posts, reels, articles, carousels).
Strong understanding of
health and wellness topics
(nutrition, fitness, lifestyle).
Proficiency in using
automation tools
like ManyChat or similar platforms.
Excellent skills in reviewing, proofreading, and refining content for quality and brand tone.
Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling ability.
Knowledge of social media algorithms, analytics, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic design and video editing skills using
Canva, Adobe, or CapCut
are a plus.
