About the Role

We're looking for a

Content Creator

who sits at the intersection of insight, ideas, and execution. This role is for someone who understands culture, consumers, and content--and knows how to turn that understanding into compelling creative directions that drive brand growth and performance.

You'll work closely with marketing, design, content, and performance teams to shape campaigns, product launches, and brand narratives across platforms.

Responsibilities:

Develop creative strategies for brand campaigns, product launches, and always-on content Translate consumer insights, trends, and data into strong creative territories and storytelling angles Own campaign ideation from concept to execution, ensuring clarity and consistency across touchpoints Collaborate with designers, copywriters, videographers, and media teams to bring ideas to life Create creative briefs, mood boards, narratives, and presentation decks for internal and external teams Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual language are consistently represented across platforms Evaluate campaign performance and refine strategies based on insights and learnings Stay ahead of cultural, digital, and platform trends to keep the brand relevant and differentiated

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 0-2 years of experience (agency, brand, internships, or freelance experience welcome) Strong interest in branding, content, and creative strategy Good understanding of social media, digital content, and online culture Ability to think creatively and articulate ideas clearly Willingness to learn, take feedback, and iterate fast Strong communication and presentation skills
