Key Responsibilities:
Develop and create content for social media, blogs, websites, and marketing campaigns.
Write catchy captions, scripts, and short-form content tailored to each platform.
Capture and edit photos and videos (or work with videographers/designers) to produce visually appealing content.
Stay up to date with trends, platform features, and audience behavior to create relevant, viral content.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align content with brand voice and campaign goals.
Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and storytelling.
Track content performance and make data-driven adjustments for improvement.
Engage with online communities, respond to comments, and support brand awareness.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a content creator, social media specialist, or similar role.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Basic photography and videography skills; familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or InShot.
Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
Creative thinking and trend awareness.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
Comfortable being on camera (optional but a plus).
Knowledge of SEO and content performance metrics is an advantage.
