Job Summary
The Content Creator is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging digital content to build brand awareness, educate audiences, and support marketing goals across multiple platforms such as social media, websites, blogs, and campaigns.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation
Create high-quality content including posts, reels, videos, blogs, captions, and graphics
Develop content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
Write clear, engaging, and brand-consistent copy
Assist in basic video shooting, editing, and photography (if required)
Content Planning & Strategy
Plan monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals
Research trends, hashtags, and audience preferences
Generate creative ideas for campaigns and promotions
Brand & Marketing Support
Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity
Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams
Support product launches, promotions, and events
Performance & Optimization
Track content performance and engagement metrics
Optimize content based on insights and feedback
Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and algorithms
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role
Strong writing and storytelling skills
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
