Key Responsibilities
Content Ideation:
Develop fresh, engaging, and platform-specific content ideas aligned with the brand voice and campaign goals.
Content Creation:
Plan and shoot short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) with strong storytelling and aesthetics.
Trendspotting:
Stay ahead of digital, meme, and pop culture trends -- and adapt them creatively for brands.
Coordination:
Manage talent, locations, and shoot logistics for smooth production.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the strategy and design teams to bring ideas to life.
Social Media Familiarity:
Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social trends.
Required Skills & Qualities
Experience in shooting and editing content (mobile or DSLR).
Strong grasp of youth culture, internet language, and visual trends.
Creative mindset with a sense of humor and timing that connects with Gen Z & millennials.
Excellent coordination, time management, and execution skills.
A proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of ideas.
Passion for storytelling, creativity, and digital aesthetics.

1-1.5 years of experience in a creative agency, digital marketing firm, or content studio.
A portfolio or social handle that reflects creativity and an understanding of digital trends.
