Location: Pathanamthitta, Kerala
Responsibilities:

Develop original, compelling campaign messaging aligned with brand values and marketing objectives. Create engaging content across various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads, in collaboration with a diverse, cross-functional team. Use AI tools to assist with content creation, develop intelligent agents, and maintain brand consistency and tone of voice. Work closely with designers, marketers, and subject matter experts to ensure content is visually appealing, on-brand, and effective. Analyze content performance using data and analytics to optimize and improve messaging and engagement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). Approximately 2 years of relevant content writing experience -- preferably in a digital or multi-channel environment. Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills tailored for brand and marketing purposes. Familiarity with email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and basic SEO principles. High interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency and creativity. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with keen attention to detail. Collaborative approach with a growth-oriented, solutions-focused mindset.
