Scripting for Video (Reels/Vlogs):

Conceptualize and write high-retention scripts for short-form (Reels/TikToks) and long-form (Vlogs) video content.

Podcast Development:

Research topics and draft engaging outlines or full scripts for podcasts that maintain listener interest from start to finish.

Motivational Business Writing:

Bridge the gap between inspiration and industry. You will write content that motivates entrepreneurs while remaining grounded in business reality.

Strategic Storytelling:

Transform complex business concepts into "edutainment"--content that is both educational and highly shareable.

Brand Voice Alignment:

Adapt your writing style to match the specific tone and persona of our brand across different multimedia formats.

Trend Monitoring:

Stay ahead of social media trends and audio-visual storytelling techniques to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

Short-Form Video Expertise:

Proven ability to write "hooks" for Reels/Shorts that stop the scroll within the first 3 seconds.

Long-Form Narrative Flow:

Experience in writing Vlog scripts that feel natural, conversational, and structured.

Audio Storytelling:

Deep understanding of how to write for the ear(Podcasts), focusing on pacing and clear verbal transitions.

Business-Minded Motivation:

Ability to write motivational content that provides actual value to a professional audience, avoiding generic "hustle" cliches.

Versatility:

A portfolio that showcases a mix of multimedia writing (scripts, captions, and outlines).

Editing & Refinement:

Strong self-editing skills with an obsession for clarity and impactful word choices.
