Expertise in managing all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
.Source, coordinate, and manage UGC creators and influencers.
Share briefs, guidelines, and feedback with creators to ensure quality output.
Create and assist in short-form videos & UGC content (comfortable on camera).
Maintain a creator database and ensure timely content delivery.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and share actionable insights.
Ensure all UGC content follows brand guidelines and platform policies.
Collaborate with design, copywriting, video editing, and media buying teams for smooth execution.
Manage content calendars & publish engaging posts/reels across platforms.
Research & collaborate with influencers/creators, handling briefs to final delivery.
Build and maintain influencer relationships.
Track campaign & social media performance, engagement, and ROI.
Engage with audience through comments & DMs.
Prepare performance/campaign reports.
Requirements:-
Bachelor's degree
Up to 6 months - 1 years of experience.
knowledge of Instagram, YouTube & trends.
Good communication & negotiation skills.
Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
