Content Creators

who are creative, confident on camera, and passionate about storytelling through video.

Role Overview:

As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and presenting high-quality video content across our YouTube platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on camera, understands digital content trends, and can connect with audiences in an engaging way.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, research, and structure engaging video content aligned with the channel's theme and audience. Act as the primary on-camera personality, presenting content in a confident, clear, and relatable manner. Collaborate with internal teams to develop content ideas, formats, and growth strategies. Stay updated with current trends, viral formats, and audience preferences in digital media. Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new content concepts and series. Engage with the audience through comments, community posts, and viewer feedback to build a strong online community. Maintain consistency in content quality, tone, and delivery across videos.

Requirements

:

Strong on-camera presence with excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluency in spoken Hindi (English proficiency is a plus). Creative mindset with a passion for content creation and digital media. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple content tasks. Willingness to learn, adapt, and experiment with new content formats. Experience in creating YouTube or social media videos is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to commute to our office in

Aundh, Pune

. Background in content creation, blogging, vlogging, or social media is an added advantage
