We are looking for a talented and creative content marketer to join our team and play an important role in brainstorming/producing compelling content for our social media channels and email campaigns. Your main goal is to combine creativity with our brand to build trust and generate high quality leads using impactful and persuasive storytelling.
This is a full-time and remote position, and you can work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Create engaging and high-converting copy for Instagram carousel, stories, emails, and other social media platforms to educate and promote our career coaching services.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure that all content aligns with our brand voice, values, and messaging guidelines, maintaining a consistent and recognizable tone.
Storytelling:
Develop persuasive narratives that resonate with our target audience, highlighting the benefits of career coaching and addressing common career-related challenges.
Content Calendar:
Assist in the development and maintenance of a content calendar, ensuring that content is relevant, and well-planned.
Performance Analysis:
Analyze the performance of social media and email campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Qualifications:
You are creative, you are a fantastic storyteller
You are excellent at writing and editing, with a knack for crafting concise, persuasive, and engaging copy (hook master)
You are good at brainstorming and generating fresh content ideas
You love (or even better - you are obsessed with) instagram and you have good sense with design and aesthetics
You are interested in career coaching or willingness to learn about the coaching industry, specifically in finance and consulting industries

Pay: ₹110,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
