We're looking for a video editor who lives and breathes short-form content. Someone who understands how to grab attention in the first 2 seconds and keep people watching till the end.

What you'll do

Edit short-form videos for ads: Reels, TikTok, Shorts Craft fast-paced, high-retention edits with strong hooks Add captions, effects, transitions, sound-sync, and punchy pacing Turn raw footage into scroll-stopping ad creatives Follow brand style and creative direction Work closely with the founder and the creative team Deliver consistent output with tight turnarounds

You should be great at

UGC-style editing that's built for performance Building story flow that sells, not just looks good Motion graphics and clean typography Understanding trending formats, sounds, and hooks Taking feedback and improving quickly

Nice to have

Experience editing DTC or e-commerce ads Understanding how Meta ads work and what converts Skills in After Effects, CapCut Pro, or Final Cut
