Job Overview

We are hiring a

Mass Communication Intern / Junior Content & Media Executive

to support our

content creation, social media, and branding activities

.

This role is ideal for candidates who want

practical, hands-on experience

in

corporate communication, digital media, content writing, video creation, and brand building

, especially within the renewable energy industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Communication

Write professional captions and content for social media platforms Create educational and awareness-based content related to solar & renewable energy Assist in writing scripts, hook lines, and CTA content

Social Media Support

Assist in managing Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn pages Support content planning, scheduling, and posting Maintain consistent and professional brand communication

Video Shooting & Editing

Shoot

company promotional videos

(office & site level) Record reels, short videos, testimonials, and awareness content Edit short videos and reels with: Text overlays Subtitles Music & basic transitions

Graphic Designing

Design social media posts, banners, and creatives using

Canva.

Follow company brand colors, fonts, and layout guidelines. Basic knowledge of

Photoshop / Premiere Pro

is an added advantage.

Field & Documentation Support

Support site visit documentation (photos & videos). Assist in recording installation processes and field activities. Help with internal presentations and marketing materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Degree / Diploma in

Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies

or related field. Basic understanding of social media platforms

Canva (Mandatory)

Basic video shooting & editing skills. Good communication and writing ability. Comfortable with

camera recording & on-site shooting.

Willingness to learn about renewable & solar energy.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

Adobe Photoshop / Premiere Pro. On-camera confidence. Prior internship or content creation experience. Understanding of reels & short-form video trends.

Who Should Apply
