Job Title: Content Creator & Marketer Location: Hybrid, Kolkata : As our in-house Content Creator, you will research and turn content ideas into videos, images, infographics, and text captions. You will create various forms of social media content\xe2\x80\x94text captions, videos, and images\xe2\x80\x94suitable for the different social media platforms, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, Linkedin, based on the requirements of individual brands. In addition, you will assist the marketing team in ensuring every piece of content aligns with our brand voice. Qualification: 1+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Content Profiles that are adept in Long & Short Form content creation and writing. IT and Digital Marketing Knowledge is a must-have qualification for this position. Ability to communicate effectively on camera, adaptability for specific Target Groups. Experience in writing copy for ads, taglines, descriptions, and content for products, blogs, websites, and social media that drive conversion. Strong understanding of various marketing platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc., andcreatinge content that increases organic reach for our brands. Strong understanding of Social media trends, keenly observing data trends, making reels, and other social media-related activities. Excellent understanding of the algorithm of these platforms and how to create content and content strategy that drive conversion. Should demonstrate a quick learning aptitude and excellent market research skills. Responsibilities: Write copy and Create Content on camera for a variety of media, including Social, Web, Product, and Print, and implement brand guidelines across all company communication channels that drive awareness and conversion. Publish posts according to the established social media content calendar. Assist the marketing team in ensuring every piece of content aligns with our brand voice and messaging. Stay current with trends and developments in various marketing channels and our competitors. Develop, delegate, collaborate, and execute content, campaigns, and branding activities along with the design and visual team. Ideate content, post, engage, and optimize the same through its life cycle. Turn a concept into compelling content and incorporate our brand voice and identity in digital content.
