We are looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on

Content Creator

to lead our

Video Production Department

. This role will be responsible for developing strong video content ideas, managing execution with videographers and editors, and working closely with the

Social Media Department

to ensure our content aligns with brand strategy and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the

video production department

, overseeing concept creation, planning and execution of all video projects. Develop

creative video content ideas

for brands and campaigns in collaboration with the social media team. Translate social media strategies and trends into engaging visual stories that drive audience engagement. Coordinate and manage

videographers, editors and production executives

to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Review and approve scripts, storyboards and final edits. Ensure brand consistency, storytelling quality and platform relevance across all videos. Work closely with the design and strategy teams for integrated content campaigns. Stay updated on the latest trends in video content, social media formats and AI-driven video tools. Oversee production schedules, shoot planning and resource allocation.

Requirements:

Proven experience in

video content creation

and production leadership. Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability. Excellent understanding of

social media platforms and trends

. Ability to manage a team and coordinate across departments. Knowledge of video production tools, editing software and workflow management. Strong communication and project management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
