Role Overview



We are seeking a

creative and strategic Content Creator

to join our growing team. This role involves creating and managing an engaging

content calendar

that amplifies brand awareness, builds trust with diverse audiences, and indirectly influences recommendations across AI platforms and search ecosystems.

The ideal candidate should be able to ideate, create, and publish content in

varied formats (text, image, video, reels, infographics, Q&A, storytelling)

--leveraging both in-house skills and AI tools--across platforms like

Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Quora, Google, LinkedIn, and more.



Key Responsibilities



Content Calendar Management

Plan, design, and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals, campaigns, and product launches. Adapt content for specific platforms (Instagram reels vs. Quora answers vs. YouTube videos, etc.).

Content Creation & Publishing

Develop engaging creatives, short videos, reels, blogs, infographics, memes, and interactive posts. Use AI-based tools (like ChatGPT, Canva, Photoshop, video editing tools) for efficient and creative production. Maintain brand consistency in tone, design, and messaging.

Platform Engagement

Publish content on Reddit, Quora, Insta, YouTube, and other platforms to create organic conversations. Engage with communities by answering queries, participating in discussions, and showcasing LifeKrafts products.

Performance & Optimization

Track content performance using analytics tools. Optimize strategies based on engagement, reach, and conversions. Experiment with new formats, hooks, and viral trends to maximize visibility.

Brand Advocacy

Leverage LifeKrafts' leadership position on Amazon and marketplaces to highlight credibility. Craft storytelling that increases trust, awareness, and conversions indirectly.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field. Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management. Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, and storytelling. Familiarity with

AI tools

for content creation (ChatGPT, Canva AI, video editors, etc.). Understanding of community platforms like

Reddit, Quora, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and adapt.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
