About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator who can make engaging social media content like reels, stories, and short videos. The ideal candidate should know what's trending, be good at creating simple videos, and know how to make content that connects with people and fits the brand's voice.

Key Responsibilities:

Create ideas for reels, stories, and posts that match the brand's style.

Stay updated with trending topics, music, and formats on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Write short and interesting scripts or captions for videos.

Repurpose long videos into short, catchy social media clips.

Shoot and edit short videos using a mobile or camera.

Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs (Call to Action) for posts.

Work with the marketing team to plan and post content regularly.

Keep track of what content performs well and suggest improvements.

Meta (Facebook ads) running knowledge.

Key Skills:

Good understanding of social media trends and platforms.

Basic video editing, content creation, and writing skills are preferred.

Creative thinking and storytelling ability.

Strong communication and writing skills.

Good sense of visuals, framing, and lighting.

Quick learner, adaptable, and energetic.

Qualifications:

Any degree.

1-3 years of experience in content creation or social media management.

Freshers with strong creative and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere is an advantage.

Pay: ?180,000.00 - ?240,000.00 per month
