About Us

Mother's is a fast-growing FMCG brand manufacturing 100% preservative-free Rice, Wheat Flours, Rice Flours, Spices, and Masalas. As we scale our digital presence, we're looking for a hands-on Content Creator who can capture real stories from our factory floor, products, people, and processes -- and turn them into engaging digital content.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, energetic Content Creator who will work on-site and be responsible for shooting, creating, and coordinating content for our social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the ground -- filming reels, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, and creating authentic content that builds brand trust.

Key Responsibilities

Create short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, Stories) for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn Shoot on-site content including factory processes, product shoots, team moments, and campaigns Plan and execute content based on the approved monthly content calendar Coordinate with the Social Media Executive, Graphic Designer, and Marketing Team Capture raw footage and hand over to the editing team (or perform basic editing if required) Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives Assist during product launches, promotions, events, and factory visits Maintain an organised content library (videos, photos, reels, raw footage)

Ideal Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Content Executive Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, trends, transitions, hooks, and storytelling Comfortable with mobile shooting, basic lighting, and framing Basic editing skills using CapCut, InShot, VN, or similar tools Creative mindset with attention to detail Willingness to work on-site and travel locally when required Interest in food, FMCG, lifestyle, or behind-the-scenes content is a plus
