Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Editing
Create, edit, and produce engaging
videos
for marketing, social media, and brand communication.
Design
posters, banners, and visual creatives
for online and offline campaigns.
Write and publish clear, compelling
blogs and website content
.
Generate creative ideas and concepts for reels, posts, and campaigns.
2. Social Media & Branding
Develop content tailored for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Ensure all content aligns with the brand tone, guidelines, and communication standards.
Support the marketing team in creating promotional content for events, campaigns, and product launches.
3. AI-Related Work Handling
Use AI tools for content creation, such as:

Video editing AI tools
(Runway, CapCut AI, Descript)
o
AI design tools
(Midjourney, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly)
o
AI writing tools
(ChatGPT, Grammarly, Jasper)
o
AI SEO tools
for keyword optimization and blog ranking
Generate AI-based scripts, storyboards, animation concepts, and thumbnails.
Enhance video and image quality using AI features (background removal, noise reduction, voice-over, etc.).
Automate repetitive tasks such as caption writing, resizing images, scheduling posts, etc.
Research and test new AI tools to improve productivity and creative output.
3. Collaboration
Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to understand content requirements.
4. Quality & Performance
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
Stay updated on industry trends, content strategies, design styles, and editing techniques.
Optimize content for better reach, engagement, and search visibility (basic SEO for blogs preferred).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3 to 5 years proven experience as a content creator or similar role.
Strong
video editing
skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).
Proficiency in
graphic design tools
(Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce engaging blogs/articles.
Basic understanding of SEO, social media trends, and digital marketing.
Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience in creating content for hospitality, sales, or service industries is an added advantage.
