We are seeking a highly creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging and unique content for our social media platforms, primarily Instagram. The role involves creating promotional content for our company's services, as well as fun and relatable office-centric reels and posts to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

:

Develop creative and original content ideas for Instagram reels, stories, and posts. Design eye-catching and informative posters, infographics, and carousels to promote our services. Film, edit, and produce short videos and reels highlighting office activities, team dynamics, and company culture. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and maintain a consistent posting schedule. Research trending topics, hashtags, and challenges to incorporate into content strategies. Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements for future campaigns. Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity and goals. Maintain a balance between promotional and entertaining content to engage diverse audiences. Work closely with team members to brainstorm content ideas and campaigns. Coordinate with other departments to gather inputs or content requirements. Stay updated on emerging content trends and incorporate them creatively.

Requirements

:

Proven experience in creating social media content, particularly for Instagram. Strong video editing and graphic design skills. Ability to create engaging and shareable reels and posters. Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Preferred Qualifications

:

Experience in creating promotional content for businesses or brands. Creative mindset with a passion for social media and digital marketing. Familiarity with analytics tools like Instagram Insights to track and optimize performance.
