Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Content Creator to join our team. The role involves handling social media management, digital marketing, telecalling potential clients, lead generation, client conversion, and overall marketing support. The ideal candidate should be proactive, creative, and capable of driving business growth through effective marketing and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop engaging content (photos, videos, and write-ups) for social media platforms, company website, and marketing materials. Capture and edit photos and videos from construction sites and completed projects. Coordinate with site engineers and project teams to collect project updates and highlight key milestones. Manage and update the company's social media pages with regular posts and stories. Create promotional materials such as brochures, short videos, and posts for marketing campaigns. Ensure brand consistency across all platforms. Stay up to date with digital trends to improve content quality and reach.

Required Skills

Strong communication skills in English & Malayalam. Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms. Confidence in client interaction and telecalling. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Communication or related field.

Compensation

Fixed monthly salary (based on experience). Performance-based incentives for successful client conversions.
