Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction
Develop and communicate the overall creative vision for brand campaigns, digital assets, and marketing initiatives.
Translate business objectives and marketing strategies into compelling visual concepts.
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, and art directors.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
Project Management
Oversee multiple projects from concept to final execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Manage budgets, allocate resources, and streamline workflows for maximum efficiency.
Innovation & Trends
Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices.
Introduce innovative ideas, tools, and approaches to elevate the brand's visual storytelling.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years of experience in a creative leadership role within an agency, media, or in-house creative team.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
