OrganoLinen.com is a Fashion-Tech startup focused on made-to-order sustainable clothing. With a small and efficient team, we blend creativity and operations in day-to-day work. We're looking for a motivated team player to join our Kochi office and balance creative content creation with operational support.
With a small but passionate 9-member team across India and North America, we focus on sustainable, crafted clothing for our customers, mainly in the US. Recently we have received funding for a Fashion-Tech Software product which will be part of the OrganoLinen Work Stack.

Ravipuram, Kochi (10 minutes from Medical Trust Hospital)
What You'll Do (60% Creative / 40% Operations)::
(Don't worry -- training will be provided!)
Capture and edit high-quality photos/videos of shirt-making processes, fabric samples, behind-the-scenes work, and packing
Use gimbal/camera for shoots (company equipment provided; personal equipment is a plus)
Basic editing tasks such as color correction (e.g., changing fabric colors to match originals)
Coordinate orders with tailoring teams and perform Quality Checks on product sizing and fit
Update inventories and order details using Google Sheets and internal tracking systems
Who We're Looking For:
Freshers welcome, but prior creative or operational experience is a plus
Interest in photography, content creation, and fashion
Editing knowledge (Photoshop/CapCut/Lightroom) preferred
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and good team player
Any AI content creation and editing experience is a plus
