Job Summary

We are looking for a Creative Content Creator who can plan, create, and execute engaging

content for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand communication. The ideal candidate

should be creative, trend-aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

? Create engaging content for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube)

? Plan reels, short videos, posts, and captions aligned with brand guidelines

? Shoot and edit videos/photos at project sites and office

? Work closely with marketing and sales teams to create campaign content

? Stay updated with social media trends and real estate market content ? Stay updated with social media trends and real estate market content

? Manage content calendar and ensure timely posting

? Assist in branding and promotional activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

?

Proven experience as a Content Creator / Social Media Executive

? Strong skills in video editing and basic graphic design

? Knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar

? Creative mindset with attention to detail

? Good communication and storytelling skills

? Real estate experience is a plus (not mandatory)
