Role Summary:
You will be the face on the ground -- documenting stories, people, issues, and action. This is not influencer vlogging. This is purpose-led storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Shoot on-ground vlogs and field stories
Capture human narratives with empathy and dignity
Create short-form and long-form video content
Work with research and operations teams
Travel locally/nationally as required
Who Should Apply:
Comfortable on camera and in real-world environments
Strong storytelling instinct (narrative-first, not trend-first)
Curious about society, systems, and people
Belief that content can shape perspectives
Required Skills:
Basic camera and audio knowledge
Ability to tell honest, non-sensational stories
Willingness to work on-ground
Nice to Have (Optional):
Documentary or social impact experience
Basic video editing skills
