Digital Marketing & Content Executive

Compensation:
?25,000 - ?30,000 (in-hand)
Growth Path:
Eligible for promotion to Brand & Marketing Lead based on performance
Ideate, script, and create engaging content for Rajni Intimates and the Founder's page -- reels, videos, stories, product showcases, BTS content, and brand narratives.
Build a strong visual and storytelling identity across all digital platforms.
Work closely with the founder to develop monthly content themes, creative directions, and storytelling angles.
Collaborate with the content creator (Ayushi) for shoots, editing, design, and scheduling.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Plan and execute digital campaigns (organic + paid) across Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
Manage the brand's social media profiles with daily posting, engagement, and trend-based content creation.
Drive traffic and brand awareness through creative content-led performance marketing.
Influencer & Community Building
Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, and micro-communities.
Plan influencer gifting, UGC content, and brand partnerships that amplify storytelling.
Communication & Automation
Handle WhatsApp automation, email marketing, newsletters, and other communication channels.
Ensure all communication reflects brand identity, tone, and storytelling consistency.
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance of content and campaigns using Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and platform tools.
Submit weekly creative and performance reports to the founder.
Brand & Offline Support
Assist in brand positioning, product launches, and offline campaigns with a content-first approach.
Support shoot planning, mood boards, styling ideas, and campaign concepts.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of digital platforms, Meta Business, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
Practical experience in content creation (reels, scripts, storytelling), SEO basics, and creative strategy.
High visual sense, creativity, and ability to produce content that aligns with brand personality.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar content or digital marketing role, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C.
