Key Responsibilities
Digital Media Management (Main Role)
Handle day-to-day posting and engagement on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
Maintain a content calendar with regular updates on academy events and promotions.
Respond to DMs, comments, and build engagement with the audience.
Track insights and prepare weekly growth & performance reports.
Content Creation (Essential Skills)
Shoot short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, BTS) and photos at academy events & classes.
Edit videos for social media and ad campaigns using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or VN.
Create graphics, carousels, and ad creatives on Canva or similar tools.
Digital Marketing Support
Repurpose content for ad campaigns and lead generation funnels.
Collaborate with the team to plan campaigns and promotions.
Assist in running creatives for Meta/YouTube ads.
Skills & Requirements
Good knowledge of Instagram & YouTube content strategies.
Basic videography skills (smartphone or DSLR).
Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, or equivalent).
Creativity in storytelling & ability to spot content opportunities.
Familiarity with ad creatives & campaign basics (preferred).
Communication skills (English + Kannada/Telugu/Tamil/Malayalam is a plus).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
