creative and detail-oriented Content Creator

to join our team and take charge of our

social media operations

with innovation, accuracy, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics) across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Develop and execute creative campaigns to boost brand visibility and audience engagement. Write clear, compelling copy for social posts, captions, and digital creatives. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize performance. Monitor analytics and prepare reports on social media performance, engagement, and growth. Manage posting schedules, community engagement (comments, DMs), and audience interactions. Brainstorm and implement fresh ideas for creative storytelling, brand awareness, and audience retention. Assist in content shoots, editing, and post-production for photo and video content.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Executive, or similar role (minimum 1-2 years preferred). Strong skills in

content writing, copywriting, and social media management

. Proficiency with creative tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar). Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms. Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling skills. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
