You will be the driving force behind creating a buzz and building our community through best-in-class video content.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a bold social media strategy focused on video for YouTube and Instagram. Own the entire video content lifecycle: conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish engaging content. Manage the content calendar and post natively to each platform to maximize reach. Analyze performance data to iterate and improve content strategy rapidly. Work autonomously with a high degree of ownership and a bias for action.

Who You Are:

A proven content creator with a portfolio of high-engagement video work. An expert in shooting and editing video specifically for social media. Deeply understand the YouTube and Instagram platforms and what makes content successful on each. A self-starter who is resourceful, adaptable, and great at prioritizing in a startup environment. You don't wait for assignments; you see what needs to be done and you do it.
