Turn business goals into content (not "aesthetic reels") Research trends and

adapt them fast

2. Shooting

Shoot on

DSLR / Mirrorless / iPhone (pro-level)

Confident with framing, lighting, and basic audio Comfortable shooting

people, products, behind-the-scenes, talking-heads

Can direct subjects (clients/team) without awkwardness
3. Editing

Edit high-retention short videos (Reels/Shorts) Clean, fast-paced edits (no over-editing trash) Add subtitles, jump cuts, B-roll, sound effects, music Tools:

Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut / After Effects (basic)

4. Publishing & Optimization

Knows

what works on Instagram vs YouTube
