Job Description

? Content Ideation: Come up with fresh, creative, and trend-driven reel concepts for

clients and our in-house brand.

? Shooting: Handle the entire shoot process -- from setup to direction.

? On-Camera Presence: Act in your own content or guide others (including

employees) to perform in reels.

? Editing: Edit reels using CapCut or any other editing software to deliver polished,

engaging videos.

? Trend Research: Stay updated with social media trends, viral content styles, and

platform algorithms.

? Collaboration: Coordinate with team members for acting roles, locations, props, and

creative execution.

Requirements

? Good knowledge of content creation and reel production.

? Hands-on experience in CapCut or similar editing tools.

? Confident to shoot and act in front of the camera.

? Ability to bring creative ideas to life with minimal resources.

? Bonus Points: If you've created a personal reel that went viral or reached 30k+

views -- show us!

? Must showcase your previous work during the interview.
