Job Description

The Role: You are the Visual Voice of the Brand. We are not looking for a typical "Social Media

Manager" who just schedules posts. We are looking for a Creator. You are someone who loves to

style a scene, shoot it beautifully, edit it using professional tools (Adobe), and enhance it with the

latest AI tech. You are likely a content creator yourself who understands that "aesthetic" is a

language.

What You Will Own (Key Responsibilities):

1. Content Creation (Shoot + Edit + AI):

Shoot: Take charge of photography and videography. You won't just sit at a desk; you will
handle the camera/phone to capture textures, fabrics, and wallpapers.

Edit (Technical): Edit high-quality Reels and photos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop,
and After Effects. (We need professional polish, not just basic phone edits).

AI Integration: Use AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT) to generate concepts, extend
images, or write smart captions. You should be tech-forward.

2. Styling & Art Direction:

Set Styling: Physically arrange wallpapers, fabrics, and props in our studio/showroom to
create "Pinnable" moments. You must have a good eye for composition and lighting.

Visual Consistency: Ensure every post, story, and reel feels "Luxury." If it doesn't look
premium, it doesn't go up.

3. Strategy & Trends:

Trend Spotting: Adapt trending audio/formats to our niche without losing our class. Calendar: Plan the grid 2 weeks in advance. No last-minute panic posting. Engagement: Be the face/voice of the brand in DMs and comments, engaging with interior
designers and influencers.

Who You Are (The Requirements):

The "Eye": You have impeccable taste. You understand color palettes, interior trends, and
minimalism.

The Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Ps, Pr, Ai) is mandatory.
Proficiency in AI Design tools is highly preferred.

The Creator: You have your own active social media presence or a portfolio that proves
you know how to tell stories visually.

The Doer: You are organized. You can plan a shoot, execute it, clean up the set, and edit
the footage without needing to be micromanaged.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
