About the Role

We are looking for a

creative and enthusiastic female fresher

to join our real estate marketing team as a

Content Creator

. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media, real estate trends, and creating engaging content that connects with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging

photo, video, and written content

for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Assist in

shoot planning, property walkthroughs, and lifestyle content

related to our projects. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop

creative ideas, reels, and campaigns

that promote brand awareness. Write

captions, blog posts, and short articles

about properties, investment opportunities, and local lifestyle highlights. Stay updated with

real estate and social media trends

to keep our content fresh and appealing. Participate in

content shoots

(camera-friendly presence preferred).

Requirements

Female fresher, graduate in

Mass Communication, Marketing, English, or related field

. Strong interest in

social media and content creation

. Good communication skills and a confident on-camera presence. Basic knowledge of

Canva, CapCut, or similar tools

will be a plus. Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn about the real estate industry.
