Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Creative Content Specialist to join our content team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in creative content creation, excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, and an active presence on various social media platforms. The role involves delivering engaging content in live Zoom classes and offline sessions, necessitating strong public speaking abilities. Proficiency in basic computer software, particularly PowerPoint, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Content Creation:

Develop innovative and engaging content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content.

Multilingual Communication:

Effectively communicate in both English and Hindi, demonstrating proficiency in written and verbal communication.

Social Media Management:

Stay actively involved in popular social media platforms, leveraging features and trends to enhance brand visibility. Create and curate content for social media channels to increase audience engagement.

Live Classes on Zoom or other platforms:

Deliver content seamlessly in live Zoom classes, engaging with participants effectively.

Public Speaking:

Conduct offline sessions in front of students, demonstrating strong public speaking skills.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

- Knowledge of SEO best practices for content optimization

- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field

Proven experience in creative content creation, preferably in the education industry
