Job Description

Lead the content team and oversee all content creation activities (text, video, graphics). Develop and execute a strong content strategy aligned with brand goals. Plan and manage content calendars for social media, websites, blogs, and campaigns. Supervise content creators, writers, designers, and video editors. Review and approve all content before publishing to ensure quality and brand consistency. Create high-quality content concepts for campaigns, commercials, reels, and branding. Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to develop content that drives traffic and engagement. Analyse content performance and optimise strategies based on results. Stay updated on industry trends, audience behaviour, and competitor strategies. Manage workflow, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery of content projects. Maintain the brand's tone, voice, and storytelling style across all platforms. Organise brainstorming sessions and bring innovative ideas for content growth. Handle external agencies, freelancers, or influencers when required.
