Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

Create videos, scripts, blogs, and digital content tailored to senior audiences. Collaborate with teams for campaign ideation and execution. Maintain a consistent and empathetic communication tone.

Emcee & Hosting

Host live virtual and in-person events. Actively engage participants and keep sessions lively. Represent the organization professionally during all interactions.

Technical & Platform Handling

Use virtual platforms and basic editing tools. Manage live session logistics and minor technical issues. Ensure smooth execution of online and offline events.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident public speaker with camera presence. Creative mindset with attention to audience needs. Proficient in computer basics, MS Office, and virtual platforms. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Social media familiarity is a plus.
