About the Role :

Cord4 Technologies is looking for a creative and trend aware Content Creator whose primary responsibility will be creating engaging Instagram posts and reels. This role is ideal for someone who understands short form content, visual storytelling, and how to capture attention within seconds on social media.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create high quality Instagram posts and reels aligned with brand tone and audience

- Ideate reel concepts including hooks, scripts, captions, and visual direction

- Stay updated with Instagram trends, audio, formats, and algorithm changes

- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to execute content ideas

- Plan and manage Instagram content calendar consistently

- Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs for posts and reels

- Repurpose long form ideas into short form Instagram content

- Analyze performance of posts and reels and suggest improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Content Specialist

- Strong understanding of Instagram reels, formats, trends, and engagement strategies

- Ability to write scripts and hooks for short form video content

- Experience creating content for brands or business accounts

- Basic understanding of video storytelling and audience psychology

- Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines

- Comfortable working from office at Sidhubhavan Road, Ahmedabad

Good to Have :

- Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools

- Understanding of analytics and content performance metrics

- Experience creating content for tech or service based brands
