Role Overview

We are seeking a confident, camera-friendly, and expressive female content creator who will serve as the

sole face of the Aira brand

. The ideal candidate should be outgoing, creative, comfortable in front of the camera, and passionate about creating engaging content for social media.

This role involves

acting, presenting, lifestyle content creation, and brand storytelling

.

Key Responsibilities

Be the on-camera face and representative of Aira across all platforms. Create engaging content including

short videos, reels, tutorials, product demos, lifestyle clips, and brand storytelling

. Actively participate in

ideation and content planning

with the marketing team. Bring

innovative, trendy, and fresh content ideas

. Present confidently in front of the camera with

good speaking skills and expressions

. Attend brand shoots, campaigns, launch events, and collaborations. Maintain brand personality, tone, and authenticity in all content. Build strong brand connect and relatability with the audience.

Who We're Looking For

A confident, expressive, and outgoing personality Camera-friendly face with strong screen presence Not shy or uncomfortable in front of the camera Good communication skills & natural presentation ability Creative mindset with interest in content creation Ability to take initiative and think independently Preferably someone active on social media Prior content creation experience is a plus (not mandatory)

Internship to Full-Time Path

This is a

3-month internship with stipend

. If performance, presence, and contribution meet expectations, the candidate may be offered a

permanent role as the Brand Face & Content Creator

Interview & Casting Process

The selection round will include a

live product performance test

act, present, or speak about it on camera

We will evaluate: Confidence & screen presence Vocabulary & articulation Comfort level & natural expression Creativity & spontaneity
This round will help us understand how well the candidate represents the brand on screen.
